Rachel Nemesh’s paintings combine figuration and utter abstraction at the same time. Nemesh studied art at various institutions, such as Hamidrasha and Avni Institute, And under the tutelage of Eli Shamir, Sigal Tsuber, David Kazan, Antonio Lopez, and other Israeli artists.

In recent years, Nemesh has been interested in where the unconscious mind goes during the painting. She brings the viewer to slow down and experience the complexity and the richness of the full. She always corresponds with the history of art. “in my painting, I try to be precise and distilled to my inner world and enrich my pictorial language.”
